Yoga classes specific to those suffering from PTSD
and trauma-related conditions. Classes focus on
bringing participants into the present moment by
enco
uraging attention to sensation in the body 
and movement of the breath.

Caroline is currently facilitating trauma-informed classes
through Red Cross with refugee-background women.
She is also guiding yoga sessions with groups at
Te Korowai Whariki Mental Health, Addictions
& Intellectual Disability Service as well as partnering
with ​a psychologist to work with ACC
Sensitive Claims clients. 

Caroline has recently joined with yoga/meditation
teacher Una Hubbard to create
Trauma Informed Yoga and Meditation NZ,
a 
group to support those in the community wanting
to learn more about trauma and yoga and meditation tools
for recovery. 
Together they facilitate trauma informed yoga
and meditation workshops throughout NZ. Find out more at:
