Thanks very much for introducing me to Yoga. It’s been great. I have way less back pain, can go for a run and not feel sore afterwards, feel way less stressed and have got some distance back into my golf game! Though not as good as the real thing, I’ve been supplementing your class with daily 20min you tube clips, which no doubt has helped as well.

"You don't have to be flexible to do yoga" - that was one of the first things Caroline said at our yoga class. Well, I certainly got a lot more than just flexibility out of Caroline's classes. I gained new insights into yoga, learning about how the mind and body worked together in the poses and breathing. Over the two years that Caroline taught at our local gym, I learnt to be kinder to myself (and my body!), maintain a better balance in my life and to view the world in a more positive way. My flexibility and core strength have certainly improved, but more than that, I have become very aware of the connection between physical poses and the mental/emotional state whenever I do yoga. Caroline's gentle, calm and genuine manner was just lovely. I also really liked her use of music, and how she gave each practice a theme, leaving us with something to think deeply about for rest of the day/week.

Caroline has been an absolute delight to deal with. She teaches a great yoga practice and she makes every class slightly different and unpredictable. She comes to our office each Friday morning before work which makes it so easy for us all to attend and find the time in this very busy day and age! We were kindly offered a free trial which was great as a class of ten then signed up for a term! Half of the class had never tried yoga before and have been finding it very beneficial physically and mentally. Caroline caters to all levels and makes her students feel very comfortable with her calm, kind nature. She is a great listener and always makes an effort to focus on areas of concern for students.

I thoroughly enjoy Caroline's classes. I had previously only practiced Ashtanga yoga but I love the pace, flexibility and variety of Caroline's Vinyasa Flow classes. She has a welcoming, easy approach. I feel very comfortable in her classes and in asking questions, which I haven't necessarily felt in other classes. Every class we focus on something different and I feel like I am really advancing. She hasn't rushed us but as the group is small and regular, she is actively trying to progress us - both in asanas and also in practicing some wider yoga methods such as breathing techniques.

I arrived at Caroline's first class with very bad upper back and neck pain from neglecting myself and carrying small children too much. I was very hunched forward and couldn't stand straight. I was desperate to find a chiropractor. After only a month or so, my flexibility had increased dramatically as has my strength. I can stand straight and my chest is open again. The pain was significantly less and has now gone - I never needed to find the chiropractor.

I totally recommend Caroline's yoga classes! I have been going to the classes for approximately 3 months. In that time, I have found a massive improvement in both my mental and physical state of well being! Despite doing regular exercise at the gym and swimming, I was suffering from lower back pains. But after these short 3 months, my lower back has definitely become stronger and the rest of my body has definitely benefited too. Mentally, I think I finally realise what it means to breathe properly, relax and try to find that state of calmness, especially when my kids are testing all of the above. I had only ever gone to one yoga class before. That was many years ago, but it was such a bad experience that I had not attempted another class despite many people telling me the great benefits. Caroline's classes cater for all abilities and are lots of fun too!

Flow Yoga with Caroline is great! Her vinyasa classes are good for beginners, and offer enough variety and challenge for those who've been practicing yoga for a while. Each class has a different theme and sometimes new poses. Caroline has a pleasant voice. And, I love the music she uses in class.
